A portrait session starts with a conversation about content and creative inspiration for the shoot. From there we create magic indoors or outdoors.
Cottage sessions, family sessions, engagements, adventure sessions. Any idea, any location. Bring your best mood and I'll do the rest.

Before you book a session with me.

We will have a Zoom call, or phone chat to go over details. This is great time to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. Shortly after you book a session, a questionnaire, contract and retainer are sent. The process begins.
During the day of the photo shoot.

Depending on the type of session things will look a bit different. If it's an outdoor lifestyle session, we usually book these during golden hour. I arrive early to scout for good lighting and spots to shoot. Indoor sessions are more flexible with timing and lighting.
Three weeks after our session.

For lifestyle, portraits and branding sessions, galleries are delivered three weeks after the shoot. If you're waiting on a wedding gallery, teasers are sent out three days after the wedding and full galleries one month after the wedding.
How many images do I get after a shoot and how long does it take to get a gallery?

Will you make outfit recommendations?
Depending on the hours and events captured you can expect to receive 800 images for a full day wedding. Lifestyle sessions you'll get anywhere between 80-100 images. Portrait sessions 30-50 and branding session 80-100.
I can definitely give advice on what to wear and what to avoid, to make sure the photos look beautiful, cohesive and also capture your style. I like to send my clients curated mood boards so that we are on the same page. The style, the vibe and the content helps us see the big picture.
