Prince Edward County is one of Ontario’s finest regions for wine and an adorable spot to host a bachelorette weekend. It’s actually where I hosted my sister’s bachelorette last year (see photo down below)! If you’re looking for style, good wine, great food and lavender fields, than this is it! Bring your own bikes or rent some and take a ride to a host of gorgeous vineyards. No designated driver needed. You really can’t go wrong having a girls weekend here.

Stay in the glamorous yet quaint Waddell hotel or Hotel Carlyle for a couple nights and experience the classic charm that Port Hope has to offer. Indulge in some fine dining, shopping and convenient room service. Port Hope is a heritage community situated on the north shore of Lake Ontario in Northumberland County. It’s the perfect combination of cozy countryside and urban sophistication. Go for a walk on the waterfront trails, lay out in the sun on the beach, peruse the adorable village shops, and enjoy the city’s unique flavor with its many restaurants and bars.
